Come tour our projects
The Old County Farm foundation was incorporated in 2015 as a not for profit corporation. Our goal is to target and renovate specific historic properties, then move on to other properties which are in threat of becoming ruins. Through our resources we can repair or renovate properties at reduced cost. We need donations to continue our work. We can also help others to find the resources to help save their own properties.
